To ensure that our theater and its programs are accessible to everyone in our community, we strive for inclusion, diversity, and fairness in our shows, fundraising, and hiring. We believe that theater has the power to illuminate, transform, and heal. We strive for exemplary quality in everything we do and endeavor to create a joyful, professional experience for artists, patrons and volunteers. We serve others, show respect, overcome our challenges, and never stop learning. Building young people’s skills on stage and behind the scenes are at the core of what we do.
